Product Processing process:

Our production department will first prepare materials for production. After the raw materials are discharged from the warehouse, they will undergo quality inspection. If the quality inspection is passed, the UAV assembly will be started.

After the UAV is assembled, it will enter the power system installation, including the motor and ESC, and then enter the semi-finished product area for semi-finished product testing.

After the test is qualified, our engineers will install the flight controller, and troubleshoot the power system abnormality in the test.

If there is abnormality, they will find the cause of the fault, propose a solution, and solve the problem. After the flight controller is installed, the engineers will perform the flight test of the whole UAV system.

The test content includes flight time, flight stability, route, waypoint function etc. After the whole UAV system is tested, the equipment is installed and debugged; After completing the installation of the equipped UAV system, engineers will perform functional testing, eliminate the interference of various components etc., perform process inspection of the entire link.

Finally the UAV will be packed and shipped after the process is completed .
